Comments: Hesperantha falcata is a common and widespread Cape bulb, occurring from Gifberg to Port Elizabeth. The flowers are yellow or white, and the white ones are sweetly scented in the late afternoon and evening. This bulb grows on a variety of soils, from shale to sandstone and from slopes to flats.
