Comments: Watsonia marginata produces a beautiful spike of pink flowers from spring to early summer. It is quite distinguishable from other Watsonias as its flowers aren't tubular, like those of most other Watsonias, but rather more cup-shaped. Its leaves are also distinctive in that they are quite broad and are a bluish-green colour. It grows on sandy or granitic soils from the Bokkeveld Mountains to Hermanus.
