Comments: Only known from two subpopulations, this species is restricted to steep north-facing shale slopes in the Doorn River and Olifants River Valleys. This Succulent Karoo habitat is arid and dry. Although the species has rarely been seen, it is possible that it occurs in unexplored areas in its range.
